All women are welcome to join this brand new group whose purpose is to read literature that helps us understand the lifestyles and concerns of our sisters around the world. Our first book discussion will be Monday, May 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room, next to the Sanctuary. This month’s book is Mighty Be Our Powers by Leymah Gbowee, who worked tirelessly for peace in Liberia and who was one of the co-recipients of the 2011 Nobel Prize for Peace.
