Here is the form for Summer registration.

Here are the forms you will need to register your children for the 2012-2013 year:

• 1 and 2 year olds
• 3 year olds
• 4 and 5 year olds

Manchester United Methodist Church members can enroll beginning January 20, 2012 from 9:30a.m.-2:00p.m. 

Current Circle of Friends families can register beginning January 21, 2012 from 8:00a.m.-Noon.

Community families can register starting Monday, January 23, 2012 from 9:30a.m.-2:00p.m..
