Handbell Choirs

ALL ARE INVITED TO RING HANDBELLS & HANDCHIMES

Ringing Choirs are an important part of MUMC’s Music Ministry. Ringing is fun; it encourages teamwork, self control, dependability and self confidence.  It develops social interaction, creative problem solving, artistic expression and acts as a trainer of coordination and motion skills.  We welcome all who will commit to rehearse weekly, be eager to learn and willing to share their talents as we glorify God in worship and at special events.

All choirs warm up 1 hour before scheduled events, serve monthly in worship service; ring at the Annual Evening Get Together on Tuesday, October 11, and at Music Ministry Dedication on Sunday, October 16.  The Manchester Bell Choir and children’s choirs ring at Hanging of the Greens on Sunday, December 4, and at the Gambrill Gardens’ Christmas Party on Monday, December 5.  The children’s choirs also ring at the Sundae Special Program on Sunday, April 15.

Please read our invite to ringing choirs and you can access registration forms
