Summer registration at Circle of Friends

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for your interest in registering your child for Summer Imagination! Registration begins April 7th.

Here are some commonly asked questions about our registration process:

What do I need to bring to registration?
Completed Registration and Emergency Forms for each child registering.
Check made payable to MUMC Circle of Friends.
Birth certificate, only if your child is new to the program.

How do I obtain a registration form?
After March 1st, you may obtain a Registration and Emergency forms at our preschool desk, or on our website www.manchesterumc.org/circle of friends.

What will I owe when I register?
You will owe the registration fee, plus tuition at the time of registration.

Do I need to register in person?
Yes, we only accept registration in person so that we can provide you registration confirmation.
