Director of Missions
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, I have been active in ecumenical service and justice activities for the past ten years. I possess a Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt Divinity School and a Master of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary. I love learning! I was ordained in October 2015 through Amos House Community, a church in the Catholic Worker tradition. Previously, I’ve served as a homeless outreach worker, a hospital chaplain, and have worked in a variety of non-profits. I live in St. Louis City with my fiancee Kadence and our 80-pound lap dog, Gabe.
I joined the staff of Manchester UMC in April 2018. Fredrick Buechner says “The place God calls you to is the place where your deepest gladness and the world’s deepest hunger meet.” My deepest gladness is in helping you find that place where your gifts and passions align with opportunities to serve God and neighbor. I love getting coffee with parishioners to talk about those passions, or you can come enjoy fellowship at our Missional Discipleship Group to learn more!
