Description:  This book study of “Our Unfinished March” authored by former U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder. The book discussion will run for 3 consecutive Wed evenings following the Community Dinner from 6:30 to 8 pm and end on October 9th. The book is a history of the vote; a primer on the opponents fighting to take it away; and a playbook for how we can save our democracy before it’s too late–from the former U.S. Attorney General on the front lines of this fight.

Given the current division in our country and the importance of protecting the fundamental right of all Americans of voting age to VOTE. It is the responsibility of all of us who live in this democratic society to do our part to support and sustain our sacred right to VOTE.

Facilitating the discussion is Moe Parisien, he and his wife, Joy are long time members of Manchester UMC. Moe is passionate about living out his faith through his mercy work in missions and passionate about doing his part to help bring about justice in our society.

Book:  $11 Our Unfinished March: The Violent Past and Imperiled Future of the Vote
This book will be available for purchase after 9/18/24 at the Information Center on Sunday mornings or at your favorite local or online bookstore.
