Special Message from Rev. Winter Hamilton
I hope this note finds you in good spirits and warm weather. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Rev. Winter Hamilton and I am the new Pastor of Adult Faith Formation. I have been serving at Manchester UMC for six years, and have been doing Christian education for almost two decades. As a clergy woman, I am happier in a classroom than on the pulpit. People can ask questions in classrooms. We can connect to each other in a deeper way in small group settings, even during physical isolation. Our Wesleyan, Methodist heritage is grounded in small group and class ministry!
My prayer and hope are that there is something in this new April and May 2020 online catalog for you. We have such a variety of free, online groups and classes, with different kinds of folks that meet up and do this work together. Life is better connected and we need each other to remember who we are and whose we are. Together we can connect, grow, and belong.
If you have any questions about upcoming online groups or classes or if you are feeling called to lead a class or group, please email me, Rev. Winter Hamilton, or Tiffany Conway We want to hear from you. We are here for you.
Rev. Winter Hamilton
