At the beginning of a calendar year, we pause to renew and refresh ourselves. As we do, we look ahead into the year to come with anticipation and hopefulness. How will we be God’s servants in the upcoming year? How will we serve one another? We look to the example of Jesus: gentle and strong, soft and yet unwavering in determination.
