Mother 2 Mother was a conversation with black mothers to the white community about “The Talk” with their black sons. The mothers shared the challenges and dangers of raising black sons in today’s world. Hosted by Manchester UMC’s Racial Justice team in preparation for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

12:15-1 p.m.: Optional luncheon ($10). Register by January 27, 2019.

1-2 p.m.: Panel discussion (free)

2-3 p.m.: Q&A reception moderated by Dr. Christi Griffin, Founder and President of The Ethics Project (free)
