Description: Older adults are more likely to fall, resulting in serious injury. Many measures can help reduce fall risk. One of the most effective methods of fall prevention is Tai Chi, an evidence based approach. Studies have proven a notable reduction in fall risk after 50 hours of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. To register for this Tai Chi class, please call Oasis at 314.562.4859, ext. 24.
Session 1: Jan. 8 – Feb. 7, 2019 (10 sessions) Cost: $70
Session 2: Feb. 12 – Mar. 14, 2019 (10 sessions) Cost: $70
Session 3: Mar. 26 – Apr. 30, 2019 (11 sessions) Cost: $77
