Website Issues

Sometimes website issues can be resolved with a simple click of the Refresh button. We’ve found this is especially true with Chrome and Safari.

Many other issues can be resolved by clearing your browser’s cache, cookies, and history. The question is, ‘How do I do that?, especially if you’re not technically inclined.

Katy Computer’s John Schmerold has written a blog post that we find helpful. If you have Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Opera, or Safari just follow the steps outlined in the link below.

Clear your web browser’s cache, cookies, and history

If these steps do not resolve your problem, and you’re having issues with Manchester UMC’s website only, email our Communications Team. Include your name, email, phone, browser name and version, type of device (PC, Mac, smartphone, etc.), and the specific issue you’re having.
