Tuition, Fees & Refunds

2022-2023 School Year

At Circle of Friends Preschool, we offer flexible schedules and a variety of opportunities for your child. After you’ve explored the options we offer, please let us answer any questions you may have. Once you’ve made your decision, we would be delighted to register and enroll your child.

Registration Fee

A non-refundable Registration Fee along with your May 2023 tuition must be paid at the time of registration. This can be paid by check or credit/debit (for an additional fee). The “early bird registration” fee is $125 through March 31, 2022. On April 1, 2022, the registration fee increases to $150 for the first child and $125 for each additional child.

Late Fee

Tuition is due on or before the first of each month. If tuition is paid after the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will be automatically assessed.

Refund Policy

In order to secure a space for your child in our program, your pre-paid May 2023 tuition becomes non-refundable after July 1, 2022, or 14 calendar days after you sign the enrollment agreement (whichever is later), unless one or more of the below 4 conditions are met:

• Your child is moving out of state
• Your child has been advised by their physician that they should not attend preschool (please provide physician’s letter)
• Your child has qualified for services from the Special School District that Circle of friends does not offer (please provide school district letter)
• Your child’s preschool program is cancelled for the remainder of the school year (please provide cancellation notice).

Circle of Friends reserves the right to combine or cancel classes. If your child’s class is cancelled by Circle of Friends, tuition for the month of cancellation will be pro-rated and a refund will be issued upon request for any tuition paid for the period after class was cancelled. If your account has a balance due, any refund amount will first be applied to the balance due.

If you choose to withdraw your child from the Circle of Friends program during the school year for any reason other than the 4 reasons listed above, tuition for the withdrawal month is non-refundable.

Tuition refunds will not be provided for snow days, sick days or if your child is required to quarantine.
