If you are interested in working with a Connection Coach, it’s as easy as 1,2,3…
Step #1 - Take the Spiritual Gifts Assessment
We believe that God has given you specific spiritual gifts and abilities to help people in our church, communities and world. Many people find it helpful to use a spiritual gifts discovery tool to affirm how God has gifted and shaped them to help others. With this in mind, we encourage you to take advantage of our new online Spiritual Gifts Discovery Assessment for valuable insights about your God-given talents.
This online tool takes about 10 minutes to complete. We strongly encourage you to print your results and bring to your Connection Coach appointment.
Note: Answer each question to the best of your ability with the assurance that there is no right or wrong answer. A few of the assessment questions may include verbiage that is different than you typically experience at Manchester UMC.

Please complete one form per person to meet with a Connection Coach.
Step #3 – Get Connected to Manchester UMC!
Once you and your Connection Coach have discussed and selected the ministries that best fit you and your spiritual gifts, we’ll connect you with those groups and/or their leaders so you can confidently take the Next Step on your faith journey at Manchester UMC! (You are not obligated to join the ministry.)

Jeff Haupt
Jeff and his wife, Michelle, have been members at Manchester UMC since 2012. They have two sons, Brayden (12) and Cameron (9), both of which attended the Circle of Friends preschool and Brayden is now active in the youth program.

Marsha Clark
Marsha “married into” the Methodist traditions in 1982, her husband Jim’s progenitors of the late 1700s and early 1800s hearing the Wesley messages preached in England prior to emigrating to the United States. Having been part of the Christian faith since infant baptism, Marsha is retired from a variety of occupations and fields, yet continues to enjoy life in ways that include volunteering. Her current MUMC ministries and groups include:

Tiffany Conway
Tiffany and her husband, Pete, have been members at Manchester UMC since 2002. They have two children, Colin (25) and Kendall (15), both of which are Circle of Friends preschool graduates and Kendall is very active in the youth program.

Christy Ehrenreich
Christy has been a member of Manchester UMC since 1985 and is married to Hank. They have two grown sons, Robert and Matthew. Christy retired from financial development with the American Red Cross. Christy served on the Circle of Friends Parent Board, taught preschool, as well as Sunday school. Christy is the caregiver of her 102 year old mother and brother who is in skilled nursing.
