Use the below form to request assistance from Manchester UMC’s Communications Team for your upcoming program, activity, project or event. All communication and promotional materials related to Manchester UMC must be created and/or approved by the Communications Team to ensure accuracy, message alignment and appropriate branding. 

Lead Times

Due to the active nature of our congregation, it’s important to allow plenty of lead time for best results. When planning for your program, activity or event, please factor the below lead times into your schedule:

  • Designed Materials: 1 to 2 months advance notice
  • Professionally Printed Materials: 2 to 3 months advance notice
  • Mailers: 2 to 3 months advance notice
  • Press Release: 1 month advance notice
  • Video: 3 to 4 months advance notice
  • Webpage Edit: 2-3 days advance notice
  • New Webpage: 1-2 weeks advance notice
  • Social Media: 3 weeks advance notice
  • Opportunities to Respond: 3 weeks advance notice
  • E-News: 8 days advance notice (E-news is published every Friday. Due to the quantity of articles we receive, your news will not appear more than a month ahead of your event date.)
