Explore these options to find a group that fits your interests and schedule.  Let us know which group(s) you’d like to give a try and we’ll introduce you to the group leader, as well as get you plugged in.

Total Body Workout

Day:  Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time:  8:30 to 9:15 a.m.
Location:  Fellowship Hall  | Manchester United Methodist Church

Description: 

Total Body Workgroup is an exercise group of women who meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning at MUMC from 8:30-9:15. Total Body Workout is an instructor-led class that includes cardio, strength, and flexibility exercise in a socially fun environment. Floor mats and weights are provided or you can bring your own. The instructor works with women of all ages and abilities.

$10 fee covers 8 classes and the first class is free by emailing the Total Body Workout ministry leader, Merry Gnaegy.
