Authorized Vehicle Drivers

To become an authorized driver of a Manchester UMC vehicle, you must complete a current Motor Vehicle Report Authorization Form and provide a copy of the front and back of your valid driver license to Rev. Jim Peich. Once a driving record check has been completed, our insurance company will make a decision on whether you may be an authorized driver for the church.

All authorized drivers agree to notify Manchester UMC in writing of any new license suspensions, serious accidents or offenses, or any other condition that may affect their ability to drive before they operate a church vehicle.

If you have any questions, please contact Rev. Jim Peich.
