Plan Your Steps to Election Day

Voter Information Session

Day:  Monday, October 12, 2026
Two times to choose:  EITHER 4:00-5:30 p.m. or 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Location:  Room 141 | Manchester UMC
Leader:   League of Women Voters
Description:  Join us to gain a clearer understanding of the initiatives, candidates, and measures that will be presented to voters. Our aim is to ensure that everyone feels informed and empowered to make educated decisions at the polls.  Whether you’re a first-time voter or a seasoned participant in the democratic process, this session will offer valuable insights and answer any questions you might have. All are welcome, so bring your friends and family to be part of this enlightening discussion.  Materials will be provided to help guide you through the voting process. Let’s work together to make our voices heard and our votes count!  This non-partisan informational session will be led by the League of Women Voters.

Community Dinner – Trish Gunby, Guest Speaker

Day:  Wednesday, October 21, 2026
Time:  5:30- 6:30 p.m.
Location:  Fellowship Hall | Manchester UMC
Description:  Join us for dinner to learn more about the ballot options.  Dinner includes:  Lasagna, salad, roll, and beverage.  Non-partisan information will be available for the Nov. 3 elections.

United Methodist Position on Upcoming Election

Description:  Trish Gunby will discuss the United Methodist position on being engaged in the electoral process, including safeguarding the right to vote and educating communities on issues and candidates.
