ESL Classes

Since 1969, Parkway-Rockwood Area Adult Education and Literacy/English as a Second Language Program has been in existence.  Manchester UMC partners with the Parkway-Rockwood Area Adult Education and Literacy/English as a Second Language Program.

How Do I Register for an ESL Class?

Please call Parkway School District’s ESL program at

314-415-4940

ALL students must first make an appointment for testing.  Testing and orientation are provided prior to beginning a class.  All ESL classes are free.

When Are the ESL Classes Offered at Manchester UMC?

Manchester UMC hosts  the ESL classes during the academic school year (September to May):

  • Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to Noon

Childcare is not provided.

ESL Summer Classes

Summer ESL classes are available at other sites, not Manchester UMC. Please visit the Parkway Schools webpage to learn more.
