Two scholars take readers through the most popular Hebrew Bible passages quoted in the New Testament to reveal what the texts meant in their original context. We will find out how Jews and Christians, over time, understood these same texts. By comparing these interpretations, the reader will gain an enhanced understanding of the Bible as a source of inspiration for any and all.

It explores themes like living a fully engaged life. The author is convinced that love takes action. He emphasizes God’s tendency to choose ordinary people to accomplish His goals.
