Join Us for An Evening in the Garden: A Worship Arts Benefit, presented by the Manchester UMC Endowment Committee
For more than 30 years, Kevin McBeth has shaped a worship arts ministry that is not only beloved but foundational to who we are as a church. Through his leadership, Manchester UMC has cultivated choirs and ensembles that uplift our worship, nurtured musicians of every age, and shared God’s love with our community through concerts and sacred arts. The Joy of Music concert series has brought nationally recognized artists into our sanctuary, enriching lives far beyond our congregation. But as rich as our history is, the future of this ministry cannot rely on tradition alone. The cost of professional musicians, instruments, music licensing, guest artists, and program development continues to rise. Without long-term funding, the ministries that shape our worship and deepen our discipleship face increasing financial pressure.
That is why this Gala matters. Your support helps secure the future of Worship Arts at Manchester UMC.
An Evening in the Garden is not simply a celebration—it is a critical investment. The Worship Arts Endowment exists to ensure that our music and arts ministries remain strong, vibrant, and accessible for generations to come. This endowment will provide stable, sustainable funding so that worship arts and our music ministries continue to be a core part of our identity at Manchester UMC and our calling to Love God and Neighbor. By participating in this Gala, you are helping protect a ministry that touches every worship service, every season, every family, and every visitor who walks through our doors. You are helping build a future where voices will still rise in praise, where children will still learn the joy of singing, and where sacred music will continue to lead us closer to God.
This Gala invests in the future — the future of our worship, the future of our music, and the future of our church.
