Opening Day: Friday, November 29, 2024
- Operating Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PM
- Friday to Sunday: 9 AM – 9 PM
- The lot will remain open until we sell all 1,500+ trees or by 6 PM on December 22, 2024, whichever comes first.
For more than six decades, the sale of Christmas trees by the Manchester United Methodist Church (UMC) Men has been a cherished tradition, raising funds to support local charities. These partner agencies provide vital services to individuals in need, offering job opportunities, athletic programs, housing, and hope for children facing illness. Over the years, the Manchester UMC Men’s Christmas Tree Lot has raised nearly three million dollars for these deserving causes – and none of this would be possible without volunteers like YOU!
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are essential to the success of the Tree Lot. We’re looking to fill over 500 shifts to ensure this year’s Christmas tree sale is a success! Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or a newcomer, we welcome everyone to join in the holiday fun.
Being a tree salesperson or cashier is both rewarding and enjoyable. Many of our customers have made this event a multi-generational tradition, and the spirit of Christmas cheer, fellowship, and service fills the air.
We also welcome groups to sign up! Volunteering can be great holiday fun with friends!

Since 1964, the Christmas Tree Lot has been operated by the United Methodist Men’s Group. There are over 1500 trees to choose from.
Proceeds from the Christmas Tree Lot support many local charities including: LifeWise STL, Circle of Concern, Home First, Manchester Center, Bridge Bread, Sneakers With Soul, Pony Bird, Inc., & Lafayette Work Ct.

Located at 14380 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO, west of Highway 141 in the parking lot of the Manchester Athletic Association.
Benefiting Many Ministries & Organizations
The United Methodist Men would like to thank all those who supported the 2023 Tree Lot season either by volunteering or buying trees.
For the 2023 season, 1533 trees were sold in 4 weeks, raising over $70,000 to support the community. Over 77 trees were donated to Ashbury Church.
At the end of March, several checks were distributed to agencies in the community that were generated by the proceeds from the Tree Lot sales.
