Pastor Kurt brings with him a wealth of experience leading United Methodist congregations in Missouri. He served in seven United Methodist Churches in Missouri over the course of nearly thirty-five years. He also served as the District Superintendent of the Gateway Central District for eight years. Pastor Kurt has five grandchildren, loves Imo’s Pizza, and enjoys spending time working out.

In his role as Interim Lead Pastor, Pastor Kurt will serve as the primary preaching pastor, he will provide critical pastoral care, high level staff supervision and development, and he will provide pastoral leadership to the Board. He will serve in this capacity through June 30 and a new permanent Lead Pastor will begin on August 1.
