Description: Today, individuals here in our church and community are struggling with mental health issues of anxiety and stress. Whatever the cause, be it the division driven by the current political environment, family problems, loss of a job or loved one, or combinations thereof, addressing mental health is an important step to creating overall good health.

To help in naming and addressing this mental health concern, the Social Justice ministry of Manchester UMC will be offering two sessions on either Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 6:30p or Thursday, Nov. 14 at Noon.  (Both sessions will offer the same basic content.)

Childcare is available for the evening class by reservation.
