Manchester UMC has a long-standing history of music and the worship arts. There are ensemble opportunities for singers and instrumentalists of all ages and experiences. We invite you to sign-up for an ensemble!

Sending a card is a way to show someone is thinking about them, or wish them well, or proud of them. The Greeting Card Ministry sends out greeting cards with messages of love and support to those on our prayer request list and for special occasions.

Sometimes difficult life situations that come our way such as loss of a job, a serious illness, divorce, loss of a loved one, and more. When they do, the care of a trained Stephen Minister may be just the emotional and spiritual support you need.

Illness and hospitalization can be a stressful life event. We would like to offer you both spiritual and emotional support during that time.

Prayer Shawl

Prayer Shawl

Since the Prayer Shawl Ministry began 14 years ago, over 2500 people have received prayer shawls and many others have received hats, scarves, and baby blankets – all made by approximately 100 dedicated women at Manchester UMC.
